The Bradshaw Family Blog

Hello Out There!

This is a totally new world for me...this whole blogging thing. Since Jonathan and I have moved to Knoxville this past May, it seems that anybody who is anybody has a blog! We decided that we needed to join the bandwagon, especially with our baby girl arriving any day now, so here it goes. I think having a blog will also be a great way for our families and friends to keep up with what's going on in our lives on a daily basis.

Here's a quick rundown of what's been happening over the past few months. Jonathan graduated from LSU Dental School in May of this year. After months of praying and God opening up very clear doors for us, we felt him leading us to Knoxville, TN, where Jonathan is doing a General Dentistry Residency at the Univeristy of Tennessee Medical Center. I am just about nine months pregnant with our first daughter, Nora Kathryn Bradshaw. She is due to arrive on August 21st, but we are hoping she will decide to come before then. I am no longer teaching, but thankfully will be a stay-at-home wife and mother. We go to church at Cornerstone Church of Knoxville, a Sovereign Grace church, where we have immediately felt the hospitality, fellowship, and true friendship of so many new people.

As you can see, we have lots going on in our lives currently! We are so excited about all that is happening, especially about the pending arrival of Baby Nora. We'll keep you posted! Thanks for reading.

Oh, Casey Marie
Congrats on the pregnancy!! Don't know why you waited so long. Most of us here at Cabrini got that done by 11th grade! If your weight stays up, you can join the alum marching team!

Refreshing idea. I strongly encourage this manner of communication. I feel it displays warmth whilst at the same time has the potentiality of conveying useful information. Bravo

Casey and Jonathan, you are such a wonderful couple. Your warm hospitality and grace were so appreciated during our stay with you all. Casey, those biscuits and gravy were all I could talk about last week when we returned home.
I just know you are going to have a wonderful experience with little Nora.
Be mightily blessed.
Love, C. J.

My dear friends Jonathan and Casey, it is with great love I again write to you. I must thank Jonathan for his wisdom and guidance always. Casey, you are a marvelous person and wonderful host to us. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home again.
The Lord has already blessed Nora with a mother such as yourself. We look forward to hearing from you again soon.
Much love,

My dear child Casey.
As an alum from my namesake institution of higher learning, I desire you to know of the peace I feel knowing you are well and with child in Tennessee. May our Father bless you and your family always.

With love,
Mother Cabrini

P.S. Can you send some banjo strings?
