Day Eight:
Today I am thankful for Mexican food. Actually, Jonathan and I were able to go on a date, so I guess more importantly, I am thankful for date nights. But Mexican food is definitely a gift from God in my opinion.
Day Nine:
Today I am thankful for the power of God's Word. I only wish I were more prone to run to the Bible than I am. This morning I woke up feeling a bit overwhelmed with all I have on my plate this week, and I could feel anxiety creeping in. Philippians 4:6-7 came to my mind very quickly, so I thought I would post that verse to show my thankfulness for the Holy Spirit who brought it to me in a moment that I really needed it. Thank you, Lord!
